How to Locate Investor Properties

Rent or 'Flip'?
Investors need to consider each property for either its rental or quick-turnover potential. The term 'flip' refers to purchasing properties that can be repaired and quickly re-sold within a year. Properties that are 'flipped' are generally single family homes with three bedrooms, one bathroom needing only minor cosmetic repairs. US Realty, Inc. can help locate an ideal property and place an appropriate bid. Consideration should be given to your budget, i.e. how much you'd like to invest, and amount needed for repairs.
